Mode7 through C#?

I was wondering if we'd be able to code Mode7 through C# with an animated background? As that's what Mode7 is a background with all animations from the original map, so basically you'd have to setup an array or just use simple timers to have all the animations setup correctly.

However this is just for the main background and DOES not include anything like objects such as trees or the main hero.

I haven't messed with C# in like 8 months to a year so I'm a little rusty and have NO idea if EGM is ready for mode7 or is waiting for the first stable release.

I would wait for 1.0 as I might override the map system. It is possible though.

Alright, but this is defiantly a feature to add for the 1.0 release Angel

I was only going to use backgrounds but if the map engine isn't ready for 2.5D or even 3D than yea I can wait.
