Auto Tilesets? Import maps from RPG maker VX?

From what I know Auto tilesets are not available yet? It also would be nice if we could import maps from RPGmakerVX.

we may not be able to import maps, but it took me about 10 min to import the tilesets, set collision and make a copy of the first map in my project. that hard part is remaking the events. thought id let you know, because i think it simply comes with using the software.

I tried EGM couple days ago. I have to give up on making games with EMG for now, because no auto tilesets, is pain in every finger to make a map for rpg games. There's another free engine called construct written in Python which is very good but there is no auto tilesets as well.

RPGMakerVX is still the best in my opinion, due to its' simplicity GUI. EMG's GUI is similar to of RPGmakerVX and IGmaker(which is a failure.)

thats your choice i still highly disagree i think vx was the biggest waste of money ever. but to each his own. I think egm is better suited for some one who is going commercial from the start anyways. most people are hobbyist.

Auto-tiles are work in progress. We have to get creative with it due to the way the map editor is (pixel-mapping).
