We are still pushing for today, waiting for our new server host to get us our SSL certificate which is required by our new system. We were suppose to get it three days ago but somehow the certificate provider in error (as they admitted) added us as a phishing site to their database. We were assured that we would get it in 24 hours, which was 38 hours ago. We've sent them another e-mail but as we understand it, its not in the host's hands but the provider's which we don't have direct contact to. We'll make an official announcement if we sill don't receive it in 4 hours.
We apologize for the inconvenience, we are doing our best to get the program out anytime now.
Also, our time official timezone is UTC -5:00 Eastern.
Edit:
To stress the importance of SSL, if you logged in to EGM (the program, not the website), your password will be sent as plaintext, which would mean that if someone was to intercept the traffic they could see your information. SSL is an encrypted connection.
Edit 2:
Sorry everyone, here is a bit more information on what is going on, this is the email our host received and forwarded to us, two days ago from the certificate provider.
Quote:
Your recent application for an SSL certificate has been flagged for further security checks. This simply means a Vetting Officer must perform some additional checks to validate the order prior to the Certificate being issued.
GlobalSign maintains high standards to protect the reputation and security of our products and that of our clients.
These checks will result in a delay of issuance and are in place for your protection. Vetting checks are performed seven days per week, and if it is possible to clear the flag without further contact, we will do so within the next 24 hours.

If we require additional information from you to assist, you will be contacted within the same time period. We regret any inconvenience and trust you understand the need for certainty with each certificate issued.
