It occurred to me an interesting idea... As is known, in original RM there is no such thing as crafting system. Is it possible that the EGM will be to create its own system of crafts?

I honestly dont see that as a default feature. Besides, a crafting system is really not that hard to make/event.

Indeed, a default feature I doubt, but to event it would be possible. That's what EGM is all about. If you can think it, you can make with a little effort put in to it :p

It would be as simple as creating an event to activate the system. Then a conditional branch to check to see if Item A is found in your inventory and if item B is found in your inventory. If so, then remove those two items, and add the new combined item.

Of course... you can make it much more complex than this.

Oh, and lets not forget about the menu maker which can take care of the visuals, to add that sleek and sexy finish to it! ^-^

It's harder than it seems at first glance. I still have not seen a full system of crafts, full-maded by events.
I know about A and B, but if there is a ten and more items... Although, if the events system of EGM will be more easily manageable, similar to old models maker (2k\2k3), then this had a chance. Smile

Hm... Idea with menu editor, implemented to event system is really COOL. I cannot wait to try it. Smile

Indeed, I havent really experimented a whole lot with crafting systems, but if you build off that simple idea of A and B, then you could end up with something quite complex! The more items, the more weapons, etc... the more diverse you can make the finished items :p

And the menu system is definetly awesome!
